This Inn was our favorite place to stay to go to games at Camden Yards but this last stay was ruined by General Manager, Yolanda. She overbooked her hotel and then changed our 3 mo reservation, day of . Didn't ask our permission, just moved us away from ball park to sketchy Marriot . Altered reservation in the system and made a relaxing trip to see a couple games a nightmare. Also breakfast food and coffee was gone and not replenished by 8:30 AM. Had to buy breakfast elsewhere. Front end staff and maintenance staff were excellent and professional. Parking company employees were also professional and courteous.

Great location across from ballpark. Nice breakfast as well. Coffee fantastic! Parking on site with local pubs on the same street. HOTEL employees were informative and nice. Recommend!

2 night stay. King room. Were able to check in real early which was great. However, the room they gave us had a very odd smell and the auto blinds didn't have a functioning remote. Got moved to another room, no problem. No shampoo in the dispenser in the shower in the new room; also taken care of. (But shouldn't these be things that are taken care of before we get to our room?) Room was clean, bed was comfortable. A bit of road noise, but not too bad. Weight room was of decent size, but not real clean and kids running around unsupervised in the gym. Also no water in the water dispenser. (All this is not the hotel's fault. Parents and gym users should take some responsibility in putting weights back, towels in the dirty towel bin, not just leaving everything on the ground, and not leaving your 5 year olds running around. Just ridiculous). Breakfast was adequate with a few hot and cold items. Walked into the dining room this morning to someone sleeping on one of the bench seats with a blanket over them. Overall a somewhat disappointing stay for a Hampton Inn. Just not what we're normally used to.

Things I liked about this hotel was the location (across the street from Camden Yards, very close to inner harbor), spacious clean room, comfortable bed, acceptable breakfast. Things I didn't like, no hot water in bathroom sink(reported but they never came to fix), could not get on wi-fi. This was a personal preference, but I do not like the bathroom sink outside the bathroom. Bathroom should be completely enclosed for privacy and noise control.

We were going to an orioles game and the location was perfect. Park a challenge the game day but great place to stay for a game.

I wish I could give a negative rating for this place. We stayed for four days, and despite repeatedly requesting room service from the front desk, no service was provided throughout our stay. On the final day, I informed the front desk that the room had not been cleaned for the past three days, even though I had requested it multiple times, including twice that very morning. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, telling me, "There is no room service available, and the most we can do is send someone to take out the trash. We cannot change the towels or bedsheets now."
For $250 per night (a last-minute booking), this level of service is absolutely unacceptable. I was shocked by the staff’s attitude and the lack of basic hospitality. I would never recommend this place to anyone

The Hotel staff were so pleasant. The parking staff was fast and convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
